Credit

  • Credit approval gateCredit for a High risk party needs an owner or admin and a written reason.
  • Credit limits tied to riskLimits per customer and per agent, set from the score and payment history, so a pay-small-then-book-big pattern hits a limit.

Accounting

  • QuickBooks and Xero syncInvoices, bills and payees sync both ways, in every plan.
  • 3PL billingStorage, handling and accessorial charges billed from warehouse activity, with an alert when stored goods are worth less than what’s owed.
  • Financing through partnersFactoring, quick pay and foreign exchange for overseas agents through partners, never from Laneseal’s balance sheet.

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear answers, including the limits.

Does Laneseal hold or move our money?

No. Payment links run through a payments provider, and payouts stay with your bank. Laneseal holds the approval when bank details change, and flags payments made around it.

What happens when a carrier sends new bank details?

The payment is held and a callback opens. Someone other than the person who entered the change calls the carrier on a number from its official website or your records, and the outcome is logged.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes. Invoices, bills and payees sync both ways with QuickBooks and Xero.

Next: Routes, docks and pickups that match.

Route planning that keeps your dispatcher’s edits, dock slots only checked carriers can book, and pickups matched to the booking before cargo leaves.

One record. Every step checked.
