What Laneseal keeps, who can see it, and where its checks get their answers.

The right person.
The right access.

Each business has owners, admins and members, with limits on who can override a High risk gate.

Your business’s recordsAccessible

High risk overrideReason required

Illustrative permissions. Every override records the person, reason and time.

Each business is kept apart

Every lead, party and deal belongs to one business, and every query is limited to that business. Someone from another business who opens a link to one of your records gets a not-found page.

Who can do what

Each business has owners, admins and members. Only owners and admins can override a High risk gate, and the person who entered a bank change can’t confirm it. Every gated action and every override is written to an audit trail with a name and a time.

Signing in

Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app is available on every account.

Where the checks look

Public sources only: RDAP for domain registration dates, DNS for mail and DMARC records, OFAC’s Sanctions List Service for sanctions, and the open disposable-email-domains list. Each lookup times out after four seconds. Laneseal doesn’t scrape LinkedIn or any site that forbids it.

AI

When AI is on, the text of each inquiry goes to Anthropic’s API to pull out the shipment details and draft a follow-up. With AI off, the rule checks still run on every lead.

Payments

Billing runs through Stripe. Laneseal doesn’t store card numbers.

Before your security review

Laneseal doesn’t have a SOC 2 report today. If your review needs one, or needs single sign-on, talk to us before you start.
